Ashforth has been selected to manage 8-10 Wright Street, an 84,000 square-foot office complex in Westport, CT. Ashforth was also selected to manage 440 Wheelers Farm Road, a 162,744 square-foot Class A office building in Milford, CT.

Three of The Ashforth Company’s owned and managed properties in Connecticut were honored by The Business Council of Fairfield County’s Healthy Employer Recognition Program for providing and encouraging healthy work environments. Greenwich Plaza was honored with the Platinum and Innovative awards, 3001 Stamford Square received a Platinum award, and 707 Summer Street received a Gold award.
