Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been selected by SH Atlantic, LLC to manage One Atlantic Street, an 87,000 square foot building located in the heart of downtown Stamford, Connecticut.
This eight-story building was built in 1929. The lobby features an expansive cathedral ceiling and murals depicting Stamford’s history. Located at the corner of Atlantic and Broad Streets, One Atlantic is surrounded by shopping, theaters, hotels, entertainment, restaurants and easy access to I-95 and the Stamford train station. Ashforth also runs its shuttle to and from the train station for its tenants.
One Atlantic Street is 76 percent leased with Bank of America, Diserio, Martin, O’Connor, and Castiflioni, Shared Mutual Services, and RBS Citizens Bank as major tenants.
Glenn Ritch, RPA, Property Manager, Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services, will oversee all operations of the property.
