Summer Food Truck Days
Tenants at Ashforth’s 707 Summer Street were treated to a wide selection of Greek cuisine from Greek Style Grill in June, followed by Colony Grill’s famous thin-crust pizzas in July. These complimentary food truck days were a highlight of the summer, offering fresh, delicious meals right at the building’s front parking circle and a perfect opportunity for tenants to mingle and enjoy the building’s community.
Ice Cream Socials
This summer, Ashforth is hosting its annual ice cream socials, featuring Ben & Jerry’s, at six of its owned and managed properties across CT and NY. The socials feature a two-scoop sundae in a 16-ounce cup, topped with a choice of hot fudge, caramel, whipped cream, chocolate or rainbow sprinkles, gummy bears, crunchies, and M&Ms, with flavors including AmeriCone Dream, Berry Berry Extraordinary, Honey Graham Latte, Strawberry, and Mint Chocolate Chunk. Held in each building’s common areas, such as lobbies and courtyards, the socials give tenants a sweet way to take a break and connect with the community.
