Lisa Horvath is a Vice President of Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., the management services division of The Ashforth Company. She is responsible for overseeing the financial administration of all properties managed by Ashforth. Lisa has been with Ashforth since 1990.
Lisa supervises nine accounting professionals who are responsible for administering the budgets for all owned and managed properties, preparing all monthly financial statements, reviewing all monthly billings, operating and real estate tax escalations, supervising accounts payable and maintaining building rent rolls. She is also responsible for setting up the accounting for new properties owned and managed by Ashforth.
From 1985-1990, Lisa gained accounting experience at First New England Financial Corporation. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. She is a member of Impact Fairfield County.
