The Ashforth Company teamed up with the Childcare Learning Centers (CLC) of Fairfield County this past December at its 3001 Stamford Square property to host its 2nd Annual seasonal singing celebration in the building lobby.
Ashforth held its eighth Annual Environmental Awareness Week to promote sustainability, conservation and awareness at its owned and managed buildings during the week of April 13-24.

Ashforth recently added Plus Minus I to the lobby of One Greenwich Plaza. It is an encaustic on Belgian linen, measuring 64” x 118’ x 2.5”.
The service has been very successful and since the start ridership has increased 125%. In 2014, a second shuttle was added and this May one of its 24-passenger capacity shuttles was replaced with a 36-passenger.
Ashforth continues to expand its multifamily housing investment portfolio. Its most recent investments are located in Tacoma, Washington and in Brooklyn, New York.
The Ashforth Company announced that Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has taken an additional 34,000 square feet of space at 3001 Stamford Square.
Ashforth was awarded the Stamford 2030 District’s Leadership in Sustainably Gold Level Award for the installation of a new-to-market bipolar ionization system to improve indoor air quality (IAQ) at Greenwich Plaza.
Stamford’s Ferguson Library completed a historic preservation project, renovating the exterior of its building. A.P. Construction Company contributed to this significant project by donating, in-kind, pre-construction and construction management advisory services.
