The Ashforth Company is delighted that iCapital Network, a leading global financial technology platform, selected Greenwich Plaza as the location where it will expand its operations.
iCapital focuses on wealth management, banking and asset management, and providing access to private market investments for its high-net-worth clientele. The company has about 450 employees across offices in New York, Zurich, London, Lisbon, and Hong Kong. The move is expected to create 200 jobs in the State over the next two years.
70 employees moved into a portion of iCapital’s space in October and they are targeting the end of December to move in approximately 150 employees after renovations are completed by A.P. Construction, Ashforth’s construction division. In the spring, an additional number of employees will occupy the space.
Other tenants located at the Greenwich Plaza complex include AQR, Lone Pine Capital, SilverPoint Capital, and Cummings & Lockwood.
Ashforth is also pleased that Stamford Health, a premier and vital health system in our region, has moved its administrative and support offices to one of Ashforth’s Stamford properties, 3001 Stamford Square.

Approximately 270 employees from Stamford Health’s current 1351 Washington Boulevard, Stamford location now occupy 45,000 square feet of space on the entire second floor. Stamford Health has over 3,700 employees.
A.P. Construction performed the renovation of Stamford Health’s space. Move-in occurred in the first weeks of December 2021.
Tenants at 3001 Stamford Square include Pitney Bowes, Genworth, Willis Towers Watson, First County Bank, O’Connor Davies, and Navigators.
