Sarah Waterbury, an administrative assistant with The Ashforth Company’s Finance Department, has a strong commitment to volunteerism and a passion for giving back to her community. Her dedication to helping others is evident in her work with local charities and organizations.
When the Company was looking to donate office supplies, without hesitation Sarah immediately offered her assistance. Sarah coordinated the entire process, reaching out to various nonprofits and schools until she was able to find a home for the office supplies.
Over 100 binders were donated to the College of Mount Saint Vincent in the Bronx, NY, the Bi-Cultural Day School in Stamford, CT, and local families within the community. “Understanding the needs of students who lack resources to stay organized and knowing that these binders can help with that, made it an easy decision on where to reach out to,” said Waterbury.
The Ashforth Company encourages and supports volunteerism and is proud of its dedicated employees, like Sarah, who volunteer their time and work hard to help build stronger communities.
