Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services was awarded two new property management assignments during the fourth quarter of 2017.
Ashforth has been selected to manage 2187 Atlantic Street by BDCM Real Estate Holdings, LLC, a full service real estate firm based in Greenwich, CT.
2187 Atlantic Street is a 10-story, 109,883 square-foot Class A office building located in the South End of Stamford. The waterfront property was built in 1987, and is part of the state’s bid for a second Amazon headquarters as a first-phase site for company offices in Stamford. Current tenants include SIA Group Inc., Peraco Chartering, and CenterPlate Inc.
Glenn Ritch, Property Manager for Ashforth will oversee operations of the property.
Ashforth was also selected to manage Lee Farm Corporate Office Park by CT Property & Realty LLC.
Lee Farm Corporate Office Park is a five-story, 217,022 square-foot Class A office building in Danbury, CT, located at the intersection of I-84 and Route 7, across from the Danbury Municipal Airport and Danbury Fair Mall. The hilltop property which is nearly 100% occupied was built in 1987. Current tenants include Wells Fargo, Navigator Management, IMS Health, Lenovo and Sigmund Software.
The newly renovated property features a full-service café, state-of-the-art fitness center with showers and lockers, shared conference facility, outdoor seating areas, and on-site management.
David Marks, Vice President of Management Services & Property Manager, will oversee operations of the property along with Warren Drone, Property Manager.
