Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been awarded two new property management assignments in Connecticut, 1445/1455 East Putnam Avenue and 53 Forest Avenue in Old Greenwich, CT.
Ashforth has been selected by Grencom Associates to manage 1445 and1455 East Putnam, two 20,000-square-foot office/medical buildings located near exits 5 and 6 on the I-95 and the Old Greenwich and Stamford Train Station. Major tenants include Montefiore Health System, Elite Health Services, and The Waverly Group.
Ashforth was also selected by Collins 53 Forest LLC, to manage 53 Forest Avenue in Old Greenwich, CT. Built in 1987, the three-story, 42,000-square-foot class A office building is located right next to the Old Greenwich Train Station. Major tenants include Ellington Management Group, LLC, Servenco Management Inc., Edgewater Markets, LLC, and Hudson Global, Inc.
Glenn Ritch, Property Manager for Ashforth, will oversee operations of the properties along with Mairead McAdams, Property Operations Administrator.
