Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has been awarded two new property management assignments in the third quarter of 2019.

Ashforth has been selected by WWF Westport TT, LLC to manage 8-10 Wright Street, an 84,000 square-foot office complex. Built in 1977, the two-building property is located near the I-95 and close to The Westport Arts Center. 8 Wright Street consists of 55,285 square-feet of office space on three floors, while 10 Wright Street contains 26,064 square feet of office space on two stories.

8-10 Wright Street is 94% leased with UBS, Regus Corporation, Berkowitz Trager & Trager LLC, Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., and Energy Income Partners LLC as major tenants.

David Marks, Vice President, Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services, will oversee all operations of the property along with Heather Evans, Assistant Property Manager.

Ashforth was also selected to manage 440 Wheelers Farm Road by SH Wheelers Farm Road, LLC.

440 Wheelers Farm Road is a 162,744 square-foot Class A office building in Milford, CT, conveniently located directly off the Merritt Parkway and I-95. The property has 24/7 security card building access as well as abundant and convenient free parking.

The property is currently undergoing a redevelopment plan which will include a full-service café, a coffee shop, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with showers and lockers.

440 Wheelers Farm Road 17% leased with BAE Systems Applied Intelligence US Corp and Connoisseur Media as major tenants.

Glenn Ritch, Property Manager for Ashforth will oversee operations of the property.
