As a valued tenant at 3001 Stamford Square, The Ashforth Company congratulates First County Bank on its 175th anniversary. The milestone reflects generations of strong leadership, customer loyalty, and continued growth for one of Fairfield County’s true community pillars.
Founded in Stamford in 1851 as The Stamford Savings Bank, First County Bank today serves the region through 13 branches across Fairfield County. The celebration extends to the First County Bank Foundation, which marks its own 25th anniversary this year and has awarded nearly $14 million in grants to local nonprofits.
“Building strong communities starts with strong partnerships, and First County Bank has been a cornerstone of that in Stamford. Reaching 175 years is an achievement few institutions can claim. We are proud to provide a place where industry leaders like First County Bank can thrive,” said Ryan Harvey, CEO & President of The Ashforth Company.
“We are celebrating 175 years of trust, service and shared progress with the families, businesses, and nonprofits of Fairfield County. Our history is rooted here, and so is our future,” said Nitin Mhatre, Chief Executive Officer of First County Bank.
Since 2014, Ashforth has been proud to be home to First County Bank’s executive offices at 3001 Stamford Square and to celebrate the bank’s continued success in the community.
