Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. has been honored with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Westchester’s Property Management Team of the Year award for its management of 399 Knollwood Road in White Plains, NY. The recognition was presented at BOMA’s 33rd annual Hall of Honor Awards Dinner.
The BOMA Property Management Team of the Year award recognizes excellence in tenant services, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. It is awarded to a team that consistently demonstrates high service standards, proactive management, and a strong tenant-focused approach.

The property includes a full-service café, fitness center, and covered garage parking. It is currently 84% occupied and home to 45 tenants. Ashforth has managed the property since 2024.
Ashforth’s property management team at 399 Knollwood Road includes David Marks, Senior Vice President & Director of Operations; Lisa Horvath, Vice President & Controller; Jacqueline Monge, Property Manager; Vara Ramaj, Assistant Property Manager; Laura Supliski, Property Operations Administrator; and Ramiro Gutierrez, Building Engineer. The building owner is SKA Equities, LLC.
In 2023, BOMA Westchester also honored Ashforth with its Property Management Team of the Year for the management of the 400 Columbus Avenue property in Valhalla, NY.
Ashforth manages all aspects of property operations, financial management, and tenant relations for its Westchester County, NY managed portfolio totaling nearly 450,000 square feet across four buildings.
