The Ashforth Company is excited to announce the signing of two new leases at its Stamford, CT property, 707 Summer Street. BI Worldwide and Fugazy Sports & Entertainment, LLC have chosen this modernized office building for their new Connecticut offices, further solidifying 707 as a top location for businesses.

Fugazy Sports & Entertainment, LLC, specializing in logistics strategy, coordination, and execution for major sporting and entertainment events, will occupy 3,487 square feet. BI Worldwide, a global engagement agency that uses behavioral economics to create solutions for companies to engage their employees, customers, and channel partners, will occupy 2,222 square feet.

As the building owner and manager of the property, Ashforth purchased 707 Summer Street in 2002 and is headquartered on site.

BI Worldwide moved into their space earlier this year, while Fugazy moved into their space in July. A.P. Construction, Ashforth’s construction management division, completed the renovations.

Betsy Buckley and George Walker, Senior Vice Presidents of JLL, the exclusive leasing agent for 707 Summer Street represented Ashforth. With these latest signings, the property is nearly 70 percent leased with approximately 23,000 square feet available for lease.
