The Ashforth Company is proud to unveil “Il Cielo di Greenwich,” on the third floor of its 707 Summer Street property in Stamford, CT. This striking piece by renowned Italian artist Walter Valentini was previously displayed at Ashforth’s Greenwich Plaza property. This move is part of Ashforth’s ongoing initiative to integrate meaningful art into its properties, enriching the spaces where people work and gather.

Walter Valentini, the artist behind “Il Cielo di Greenwich,” was an Italian graphic designer and painter known for his geometric designs and metaphysical themes. His works, including “Stanze del Tempo” and “Città del Sole,” are featured in various American and Italian galleries. In 1989, two major works were created for The Ashforth Company by Valentini – “Le Misure, il Cielo” and “Il Cielo di Greenwich”. “Le Misure, il Cielo” is displayed in Ashforth’s headquarters office space on the fourth floor at 707 Summer Street.

Ashforth’s dedication to art in its buildings is part of its broader vision to create spaces that are not only functional but also culturally enriching with timeless value. Its selection of art is driven by the desire to create modern, symbolic environments that resonate with the architectural style and brand identity of its properties. The company believes in the powerful impact that original art can have, fostering inspiration and boosting productivity among those who experience it. Click to view Ashforth’s Art Collection.
