• The Patterson House, a 1903 Beaux Arts mansion located directly on Dupont Circle, is undergoing an elaborate restoration and renovation, and is being combined with a newly constructed 6-story building annex connected by a double-height, glass curtain atrium. When complete, The Patterson House will be a distinctive 92-unit rental destination, offering fully furnished studio, one-bedroom, and loft apartments.
• Unique to the D.C. residential market, it is designed for a mobile and discerning clientele who desire the convenience and flexibility of a short-term stay, luxury living, and smart design.  Boutique in character, it will combine hotel services with the comforts of home. Each unit will include a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, flat screen TV, washer/dryer, smart technology, and housekeeping services. It will feature an unparalleled amenities package with library, fitness center, wine storage, dining room, and an exclusive lounge bar reminiscent of the mansion’s golden age, but with a modern take on classic hospitality. Housekeeping, concierge service, complimentary breakfast, community events, and exclusive chef tastings will complete the experience.
• The mansion was originally designed by famed architect Stanford White and hosted President Coolidge during the White House renovations in 1927.  It is listed on the Washington, D.C. Inventory of Historic Sites and the National Registry for Historic Places.
