Pasquale Montesanti is a Property Manager for Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., The Ashforth Company’s management services division. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Lexham Hartford portfolio, a 303,000-square-foot, 13-building assignment in West Hartford, CT.
Pasquale is responsible for client relations, mechanical operations, lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and project and contract management. He manages a building team and oversees tenant move-ins, build-outs, and operational needs.
