Kim DePra is Vice President and Director of Marketing & Communications. She leads and oversees the marketing and communications strategy across the Company, its divisions, and third-party clients. She directs a multidisciplinary team responsible for the full spectrum of marketing functions, including branding, public relations, business development, internal communications, design, print and digital strategy, event management, corporate social responsibility, corporate giving, and employee volunteerism.
Since joining Ashforth in 1993, Kim has built more than 30 years of expertise in commercial real estate and construction marketing, helping shape how the company and its divisions connect with clients, communities, and stakeholders.
A dedicated community leader, Kim serves as a Board Director for JWV Community Scholarships and a member of its City of Stamford Citizen of the Year Event Committee and is a Corporator for First County Bank. She currently sits on Future 5’s Advisory Board and Governance Committee and previously served as a Board Director and a member of its Nominating & Governance, Executive Director Search, and Strategic Planning Committees. Kim is also actively involved with Impact Fairfield County and its Corporate Partnership Program and Grant Review Committees, the Fairfield County Business Collaborative for Education Equity, and the Connecticut Council on Philanthropy.
She holds a B.A. in Marketing Management from Pace University.
