Ingrid Voggel is a Property Manager for Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., The Ashforth Company’s management services division. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 3001 Stamford Square, a 290,000 square foot commercial office building located in Stamford, Connecticut owned by The Ashforth Company. She is also responsible for an additional 351,000 square feet, including five buildings in Fairfield County: 707 Summer Street, 2777 Summer Street, 8-10 Wright Street, 450 Post Road East, and 274 Riverside Avenue. In addition, she manages and leads several building teams and oversees capital improvement and tenant construction projects.
Ingrid rejoined Ashforth in 2021 and has over 25 years property management experience. Prior to Ashforth, Ingrid was the Assistant Facilities Manager at Point72, a Senior Property Manager for Newmark managing a 300,000 square foot complex, and worked at Elderly Housing Management as Property Manager HUD Housing.
While at Ashforth from 1993-1999, Ingrid was a Property Manager at Ashforth’s Greenwich Plaza, a 354,000 square foot office and retail complex located in Greenwich, Connecticut. She was promoted several times and honored with Ashforth’s Employee of the Year award.
