Heather Evans is an Assistant Property Manager for Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., The Ashforth Company’s management services division. She is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of 3001 Stamford Square, a 290,000 square foot commercial office building located in Stamford, Connecticut owned by The Ashforth Company and 2777 Sumer Street, a 110,000 square foot commercial office building located in Stamford, Connecticut. She also assists with managing an additional 530,000 square feet which includes five properties throughout Connecticut.
Heather joined Ashforth in 1998 as a Property Operations Administrator at Eastridge Properties in White Plains, NY, a 160,000 square foot portfolio comprising of 15 commercial office buildings. Heather relocated to 3001 Stamford Square in 2005 and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in 2008. She was honored with Ashforth’s Employee of the Year award.
Prior to Ashforth, Heather was the Property Manager of a HUD-subsidized, 76-unit, independent, senior living housing apartment complex.
