Glenn Ritch is a Property Manager for Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., The Ashforth Company’s management services division. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of nine buildings with a combined 582,000 square feet, primarily in Greenwich and Stamford, Connecticut.
Glenn is responsible for client relations, mechanical operations, lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and project and contract management. He manages a building team and oversees tenant move-ins, build-outs, and operational needs.
Glenn joined Ashforth in 2012 and has over 40 years of property management experience. Prior to joining Ashforth, Glenn was a Property Manager with Hines managing a portfolio of properties in Greenwich, CT and White Plains, NY, and a Property Manager with CBRE for 14 years, managing properties in New York and Connecticut.
Glenn earned a BBA from Pace University and holds a Real Property Administrator designation.
