David P. Marks

David Marks is Senior Vice President & Director of Operations of Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., the management services division of The Ashforth Company. He is responsible for running the operations of the division and Ashforth’s portfolio of owned and third-party commercial real estate portfolio. David also works on establishing the strategic direction of the portfolio with executive management and procuring new asset and property management opportunities. In addition, he oversees capital improvement and tenant construction projects across the portfolio as well as a management team of nearly 50 employees.

He joined the Company in 1995. Previously as Vice President for Ashforth he was responsible for managing five client relationships and overseeing a portfolio of assets comprising over 640,000 square feet. He also was Director of Operations for Ashforth’s past management assignment, EastRidge Properties, a 15 building, 1.6 million square foot office portfolio in White Plains, NY.

David is a member of the Connecticut chapter of BOMA. He served two-year terms as both President and Vice President of BOMA-Westchester, representing the local chapter on regional and international levels. David received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Hartford.
