Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services has recently been awarded two new property management assignments in Connecticut, 450 Post Road East in Westport and 120 Tokeneke Road in Darien.
450 Post Road East is a 35,292 square foot office building and is the second Westport property owned by WFF Westport TT, LLC that Ashforth manages. In 2019, Ashforth was selected to manage their 8-10 Wright Street, Westport, CT.
The three-story office building located in the heart of Westport, CT, is within walking distance of Westport’s prime retail location on Main Street. Current tenants include Wells Fargo Advisors and Willing Trading, LLC.
Jackie Monge, Property Manager for Ashforth, will oversee operations of the property along with Vara Ramaj, Property Operations Administrator.
Ashforth was selected by DEKO Realty Corp and SD Tokeneke, LLC, to manage 120 Tokeneke Road in Darien, CT. Built in 1970, the two-story, 48,775 square foot class b office building is located just off exit 12 on the I-95 and near the Darien Train Station.
Glenn Ritch, Property Manager for Ashforth, will oversee operations of the property.
