Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. was honored with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Westchester’s Property Management Team of the Year award for 400 Columbus Avenue, in Valhalla, NY. Ashforth’s team was recognized at BOMA’s 31st annual Hall of Honor Dinner.
400 Columbus Avenue is an iconic, premier office building in Valhalla, NY. Built in 1970, the three-story, 145,805 square foot office building is located in a beautiful idyllic setting with a courtyard and gardens.
