Ashforth’s initial acquisition in San Francisco, California, is the architecturally striking, landmark asset Orrick Building. Purchased in July 2007 and sold in 2014, the 98% occupied Orrick Building features an irreplaceable location within the “Transbay Redevelopment Area,” and is part of the four-building, Foundry Square master-planned development. The Orrick Building achieved LEED Platinum certification in 2010 and was one of the highest scoring multi-tenant office buildings ever.
