Two Sound View Drive is a three-story, 37,864 square foot office building located in Greenwich, CT. It is a brick masonry structure with limestone trim and bronze thermopane windows. Located directly off I-95, the building is within walking distance to the train station. Current tenants include Forester Capital, LLC, Foster & Foster, LLC, and Tower Three Partners.
Glenn Ritch, Property Manager for Ashforth will oversee operations of the property.
Additional assignments awarded this past year include 599 West Putnam Avenue and 41 North Main Street. 599 West Putnam Avenue is a two-story, 50,449 square foot office building located in Greenwich, CT. The building is solely occupied by Catterton, a consumer-focused private equity group. 41 North Main Street, is a 15,000 square foot office building in Norwalk, CT owned by Fred F. French Investing, LLC. Capital improvements are underway to renovate this building which was the old Norwalk Museum.
