Ashforth Tenants Share the Spirit of Giving

The Ashforth Company, together with our tenants, proudly supported two giving traditions this season — the Kids Helping Kids Gift of Giving Drive and the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. Collections were held at Ashforth’s owned and managed Connecticut properties: 3001 Stamford Square, 707 Summer Street, and Greenwich Plaza, as well as 2777 Summer Street, which is managed by Albert B. Ashforth, Inc.

  • Gift of Giving Drive: Tenants generously donated more than 150 new and gently used gifts for the Gift of Giving Drive, including craft supplies, sports equipment, electronics, home décor, kitchen items, jewelry, and beauty products. These items were delivered to the Kids Helping Kids pop‑up holiday store at the Boys & Girls Club of Stamford, where local children were invited to shop for presents for their family members at no cost. This year’s store had a remarkable impact, with 2,000 gifts distributed to over 450 children. Kids Helping Kids continues to inspire middle and high school students to develop leadership skills through youth‑led service projects that benefit low‑income children in the community.
  • Toys for Tots: More than 100 new, unwrapped toys were collected and donated to the Toys for Tots Program. The mission of Toys for Tots is to collect toys during October, November, and December and distribute them as Christmas gifts to children in need within the local community. In 2024 alone, the program distributed 25,554 toys to more than 20,796 children across Darien, Greenwich, Stamford, and New Canaan.

Ashforth is proud to continue its tradition of giving back and is deeply grateful to our tenants for their generosity in supporting both drives. Together, these efforts help bring holiday cheer and brighten the season for families throughout Fairfield County.
