As part of Ashforth’s ongoing commitment to client appreciation and building strong tenant relationships, the company hosted its annual summer events across its owned and managed properties in Connecticut and New York. These complimentary events are held as a thank you to our tenants and are a perfect way to enjoy the sunshine and connect with colleagues and others in the building.
Annual Ice Cream Social
Ashforth treated tenants with its annual ice cream socials, held at 11 of its owned and managed properties across CT and NY. A wide variety of delicious ice cream and sorbet flavors were offered, including Ben & Jerry’s AmeriCone Dream, Cherry Garcia, Phish Food, and Salted Caramel Blondie—alongside a refreshing Berry Berry Extraordinary sorbet and a Strawberry Swirl non-dairy option. A selection of toppings added a fun, customizable twist. Catered by Ben & Jerry’s Mt. Kisco Shop, the socials offered tenants a sweet way to cool down, take a break, and enjoy connecting with others.
Summer Food Truck Days
At Ashforth’s owned and managed 707 Summer Street property, tenants were treated to sizzling cheesesteaks from Steak-In-It and smoky, savory bites from the Avellino Family Barbeque truck; all served freshly at the building’s front parking circle. These complimentary food truck events served more than great food—they offered a chance to connect and unwind.
