As part of Ashforth’s client appreciation program, the company held its annual summer events at several of its owned and managed properties in Connecticut and New York. The events help to foster Ashforth’s commitment to providing a welcoming environment and sense of community for all who work at Ashforth’s properties.
Annual Ice Cream Social
Ashforth hosted its annual client appreciation ice cream socials. A wide variety of delicious ice cream and frozen yogurt was offered including Ben & Jerry’s Americone Dream, Cherry Garcia, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Cookie Dough, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Gifford’s Chocolate, Sea Salt Caramel Truffle, Black Raspberry Chip, and French Vanilla, along with a variety of toppings. CI Dining Services catered the socials.
Summer Food Truck Days
Ashforth hosted a series of food truck days for tenants at its 707 Summer Street property in June and July. Fairfield-based Bodega Taco Mobile and New Haven-based BurgerWay Food Truck were stationed at the building’s front parking circle and served tenants a variety of complimentary foods including tacos, burgers, ice cream, and sides. The food truck days were a hit with tenants, who enjoyed the opportunity to try different cuisines and socialize with their neighbors.
