Jackie Monge is a Property Manager for Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., the management services division of The Ashforth Company. She oversees the daily operations of 10 buildings totaling nearly 800,000 square feet, including a five-story, 218,000-square-foot commercial office building in Danbury, Connecticut, along with an additional 560,000 square feet across Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
In her role, Jackie leads multiple building teams and manages all aspects of property operations, including tenant move-ins and build-outs, client relations, mechanical systems, lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and project and contract management.
Jackie joined Ashforth in 2008 and has over 30 years of property management experience. Under her leadership, two properties earned BOMA Westchester’s Property Management Team of the Year awards, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. Prior to joining Ashforth, Jackie was a Property Manager at SL Green, where she achieved the highest tenant satisfaction rating—a perfect 5.0 score—through the Kingsley Index, the industry’s largest performance benchmarking database.
