The Ashforth Company was honored by NAIOP CT & Suburban NY with its Impact Award at the annual Night of the Stars event, held at the Woodway Country Club in Darien, CT.
Each year, NAIOP selects and recognizes outstanding real estate stars and projects for their impact on the community, market adaptability, ingenuity, and local contributions. The Impact Award is awarded to a company in the commercial real estate industry that is involved in significant transactions that have helped to shape the real estate market and over the years, has shown their commitment to the industry.

What we really try to do is make and do things a little better every day with a strategy in mind that the little contributions turn into something really special and meaningful in business and with the individuals we work with every day. This special sauce has been a foundation of our success and has endured over time,” said Andrew Ashforth, Co-CEO of The Ashforth Company and CEO & President of A.P. Construction.
Along with being honored with the Impact Award, Ashforth’s managed property, 599 West Putnam in Greenwich, CT, was awarded the Fairfield County Office Sale of the Year.
