Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. – Management Services was awarded two new property management assignments during the fourth quarter of 2017. Ashforth has been selected to manage 2187 Atlantic Street in Stamford, CT and Lee Farm Corporate Office Park in Danbury, CT.
Ashforth was awarded the Stamford 2030 District’s Leadership in Sustainably Gold Level Award for the installation of a new-to-market bipolar ionization system to improve indoor air quality (IAQ) at Greenwich Plaza.
