Liberty Wealth Advisors, an independent financial planning and investment management firm, is the most recent company to sign a lease at Ashforth’s owned and managed 707 Summer Street property in Stamford, CT. Liberty Wealth Advisors’ 3,003-square-foot lease brings the building’s occupancy level to 100 percent.

The Ashforth Company acquired 707, a 74,000-square-foot office building, in December 2001 and, after completing extensive million dollar improvements to the building, moved its headquarters to 707 from its other owned property 3001 Stamford Square, located on Summer Street.

The 707 tenant roster includes Execu Search Group, Belden Hill Partners, LLC, Schaffer Consulting, Rapid Results Institute, Inc., Ryan Ryan Deluca LLP, Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP, and Ashforth’s management division Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. and its construction division A.P. Construction Company.

Over the years, Ashforth’s 707 has been honored with a BOMA Earth Award and a BOMA Building of the Year Award. Ashforth also completed the Corporate Sustainability Challenge at 707 Summer Street, a yearlong pilot program in Stamford to cut the impact of facilities on the environment. The program was sponsored by Sustainable Stamford – the city’s volunteer environmental task force and the Southern Connecticut chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association.
